    • Book your free 20-minute discovery call. This phone call will be an opportunity for us to learn about your business, what its strengths and weaknesses are, and what your goals for our collaboration would be. You will also have the opportunity to ask us any questions. Ultimately, we will decide if we are a good fit for one another!

    • Following your discovery call, you will receive your proposal which you can complete along with your contract and invoice. There is a $100 nonrefundable deposit that will secure your project in our calendar. 50% of the invoice will be due upon the commencement of your project and the remainder will be due upon the project completion.

    • You will then receive your onboarding to complete within 2 weeks. This will provide us with some specific information that we will need in order to fully personalize and customize your project.

  • Please indicate your preferred project start date in the inquiry form. We will do our best to accommodate your project kick-off date as closely as we can to your preferred date!

  • For payments, we accept all major credit cards and e-transfer payments, and a deposit fee of $100 is non-refundable in order to secure the time for your project in our calendar! Your invoice will be split between two payments. The initial payment is due upon the commencement of your project and the final payment is due upon the project completion.

  • No! Theses services are one-time purchases, including the A-la-carte options for add-ons.

  • We offer additional add-ons in the ‘A-la-carte’ section of each service! These add-ons are also one-time purchases.

  • All prices listed are in Canadian dollars and applicable taxes will be added to your invoice.

  • Gain Clarity and Improve Efficiency services are totally virtual!
